I have over 20 years experience in the Health and Fitness Industry. My passion has always been dance.

My goal: To be happy and healthy and enjoy living life

I have developed a vast amount of experience because of my own story and my knowledge of the body

My journey started with tackling health and beauty from the outside and my travels led me to approach health and beauty from the inside

My injuries curbed and limited me physically but never emotionally because there is a beauty, a grace and understanding in pain which causes you to dig deeper within, to become more humble and force you to be part of the solution to the problem

Hard work continuously with the right frame of mind and a positive Attitude
